西部地区优化金融资源配置的路径探析

On the Approach of Optimization of the Western Financial Resource Distribution

本文认为,西部金融资源的形成在一定的时点和时期内是有限的。在西部金融资源配置存在机会成本高、结构矛盾突出、利用效率低、不断外流甚至"枯竭"的现状下,应探求新路径,从健全金融结构、改善金融外生态、优化区域产业结构和融入四大功能区等多角度入手,实现西部金融资源的优化配置。

The formation of western financial resources is limited in a limited period. Under the condition of the costly distribution of the western financial resources, the intensive contradiction structure, the inefficiency of exploiting the resource and the drain of the current resource, we should seek the new approach to resolve the problem by the way of improving the financial structure, enhancing the financial environment, optimizing the region industry structure and entering the four functional area. This is the effective way of the western financial resource optimization.
