Ecological Civilization Construction under the Scientific Development Ideology

Ecological civilization is the trend of human civilization development and it is the requirement of the scientific development ideology. So we should accelerate the pace of the ecological civilization construction in the following aspects： strengthening the ecological moral construction; reforming the economical development model, developing recycle economic and optimizing industrial structure; establishing and consummating ecological civilization principles and legal system; changing the consumption concepts and setting up sustainable consumption styles.
