As the first public library in the development area, Dalian Development Area Library always persists with the readers-oriented service idea, actively innovates in practice, and launches a series of humanized measures, winning the enthusiastic approval of its readers. These humanized measures includes the following aspects： providing first-class building and first-class equipment; implementing the ＂double-free＂ measures to provide barrier-free public services; promoting the library to make it known as hot spots; carrying forward the traditional culture and highlighting local characteristics; supplementing materials based on the collection and promoting new books through multi-ways; carrying out colorful youth activities, free of charge providing e-books to students in the primary and secondary school; recruiting young people and children as volunteers, and implementing humanizd management.
