摘要
文献资源建设是图书馆服务成效的基础,读者服务工作是图书馆工作的重心。位于欠发达地区的十堰市图书馆,在事业经费非常有限的条件下,以"你读书我买单"活动为契机,夯实资源建设,优化馆藏文献,通过创新思维,与社会各界联合协作,开展了多种贴近市民文化需求的特色服务。
The construction of literature resources is the basis of the effectiveness of library services, and the reader service work is the focus of the library work. Situated in underdeveloped regions, Shiyan Library carries out the activity of ＂You buy and read the books, we pay＂ in the conditions of limited fund and takes the activity as an opportunity to reinforce the building of resources, optimize the collection. Moreover, through innovative thinking, Shiyan Library collaborates with the community, and launches a variety of special services which are close to the cultural needs of the public.
