摘要
2004年ISI引文数据库、2005年Ulrich期刊指南及2007年开放存取期刊目录中开放存取期刊的统计资料显示:OAJ的出版主要来源于北美及西欧等发达国家,发展中国家也积极参与OAJ的出版。通过揭示开放存取期刊的分布与发展趋势,对我国开放存取期刊的发展现状与对策进行分析,有利于中国的学术资源融入到世界,为实现全球资源共享做出应有的贡献。
Based on some statistics of ISI Citation Databases in 2004, Ulrich＇s Periodicals Directory in 2005 and the Directory of Open Access Journals in 2007, this paper shows that OAJ orginates from North America and Western Europe and other developed countries and now developing countries actively involved in the publishing of OAJ. It discusses the current situation of development and countermeasures of Open Access Journals in China through showing distribution and the trend of development of open access journals, which is conducive to integrate the Chinese academic resources into the world, contributing to the realization of global sharing of resources.
