摘要 为了提高定制产品的生产效率,研究了一种基于变型设计的集成产品开发过程,提出了支持定制产品设计与制造过程变型的产品族及其数据模型,包括结构数据和模型数据。为了构建产品族模型,提出了构件单元的概念,并研究了构件单元的定义及其建模方法和过程。通过构件单元之间的组合和嵌套,可以方便地构建产品族模型,最后给出了一个产品族模型实例,并将其应用于大规模定制生产实践。结果表明基于构件单元可以方便地构建产品族模型,且有利于产品族数据的组织和管理。 In order to improve the production efficiency of customized product, an integrated product development process based on variant design was studied. A product family and its data model supporting design and manufacturing variant were proposed, including structure data and model data. In order to construct product family model, component cell was proposed, and the definition and modeling method and process of component cell were researched as well. By grouping or nesting these component cells, product family model can be established conveniently. Finally, a product family model was given out, and was used to MC production. The results indicated that it is convenient to establish product family model based component cell, and is helpful to the data organization and management of product family.
