Model of Manufacturing Quality Information Supporting Design for Quality

摘要 制造过程中影响质量的因素信息是支持保质设计决策需求信息的重要组成部分。文章深入分析了设计各阶段决策对质量信息需求的继承性与差异性,建立了支持保质设计的设备、工艺、材料信息模型。考虑到质量信息与CAD/CAPP/PDM/PLM等应用系统集成的方便,以设备信息为例,提出基于STEP的制造设备信息模型。最后,给出了实现支持保质设计的制造质量信息系统的体系结构。 Causes of quality problems in manufacturing process is an indispensable part of information which is necessary for supporting design decisions for quality. Firstly, inheritance and difference of manufacturing quality information supporting design is illustrated, and information models of machine, method, and material supporting DFQ are given. Then, considering information integration with CAD/CAPP/PDM/PLM, taking machine information for example, information model of manufacturing machines based on STEP is presented. Finally, structure of manufacturing quality information system supporting DFQ is also proposed.
