文章叙述了20kg铝锭连续铸造机的生产工艺过程及控制系统组成,并给出了相应的生产工艺图、控制系统硬件框图,根据生产工艺要求以及控制功能,设计并编制了铝锭连续铸造机生产过程控制软件。该控制系统经过在国内几大铝厂及哈萨克铝厂使用证明,系统软、硬件设计先进,运行稳定可靠,大大提高了铝行业的铸造水平。

The production process and control system of 20kg aluminum ingots continues casting machine are described, and the production technology figure, control system diagram are derived in this paper. At the same time, the control software of aluminum ingots continues casting machine is edited based on the requirements of production and control function. Moreover, the control system used by several major aluminum plant in our country and Kazakhstan, demonstrated that it has good performance and stable operation, and it can greatly improve the casting level of aluminum industry.
