摘要
在普通车床上加工椭圆截面零件,一般比较难以成形,误差较大。通过对正弦滑块机构运动轨迹的分析,文中介绍了一种十字双滑块车削辅助机构的设计,并计算分析了该机构工作时运动特性和刀具前后角的变化,从而说明了零件成形的可行性。由于该机构结构简单,制造成本较低,使用方便,可加工不同形状的椭圆。因此,具有一定的使用推广价值。
In an ordinary machine tools, the ellipse Cross-section Part is difficult to manufacture, and greatly errors. Through sine siding splits movement, analyzing and introducing a spider twosplits designs of the tuming-aided construction in this paper, calculating and inducting the relations of the rake & relief angles in this process, and this way is reliable. It the design has many virtues such as simple, low expense, convenient. It can be manufactured different kinds of eclipses. So, it has some value to be extended.
