丝网电极放电对涤纶纤维表面改性的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了在介质阻挡放电进行等离子体表面改性处理时得到好的处理效果,实验研究了工频电压下大气压空气中丝网电极介质阻挡放电的放电特性及其对涤纶纤维表面改性的效果。实验中采用结构为电极-丝网-薄膜的丝网电极,在大气中产生均匀放电,研究其放电图像和电气特性及对涤纶布的表面改性效果(可以显著地提高织物的吸水性能)。通过对涤纶布吸水性衰退效应的研究表明,经大气压空气等离子体处理后的涤棉吸水性经一段时间的下降后趋于稳定,与普通电极相比,效果好而且节能,适宜于在纺织前处理中的应用。 In order that discharge can produce plasmas in the space to a great extent, it is necessary to improve the uniformity of dielectric barrier discharge. Homogeneous discharge without filaments is capable of operating at atmospheric pressure when the dielectric barriers were polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films with mesh wires. Thereby, the electrical and optical characteristics of the homogeneous discharge between the wire mesh electrodes at atmospheric pressure in air are measured. The discharge device is powered by a high voltage AC source with a frequency of 50 Hz. Two parallel-plane electrodes were designed as the shape of Rogowski electrodes to achieve the field uniform- ity. The gas gap was kept at 2 ram. The discharge pattern in short exposure time was taken with an intensified CCUI camera. The wave forms of the applied voltage, discharge current and electric surface charge were recorded with a digital oscilloscope. Moreover, the surface treatment effect by wire mesh electrodes was studied. The change of workability of the fabric surface was measured and its durability was tested. The study shows that after the treatment by the discharge with mesh between the electrodes, the workability is improved. The surface modifying effect is sustained during a long time.
