摘要
党的十七大对推进党内民主发展提出"把政治协商纳入决策程序"这一重要思想。协商民主是民主政治发展的一种新的理论范式。在中国共产党内发展协商民主有其现实迫切性,党内协商民主的确立与发展有许多有利的条件和环境,存在很多的机制与渠道。进一步推进党内协商民主的发展,将推动协商民主在党际民主和人民民主中的发展。
Such an important thinking concerning pushing inner party democracy as ＂bringing political consultation into the procedure of policy decision＂ was put forth in the 17th Party Congress. Consultative democracy is a new theoretical paradigm in the development of democratic polities. It is of practical urgency to develop consultative democracy within the CPC. And there have been many favorable conditions and surroundings, mechanisms and channels for the establishment and development of the inner-party consultative democracy. The further development of inner-party consultative democracy may push forward the development of consultative democracy in inter-party democracy and peoples＇democracy.
