葡萄籽霜剂的制备

Preparation of grapestone cream

目的:葡萄籽提取物制成霜剂,进行处方筛选。方法:选取性质不同的的霜剂基质,进行霜剂制备,并检测霜剂的润滑度、细腻度以及稳定性等,考察霜剂质量。结果:以硬脂酸甘油酯2.5g、硬脂酸4g、白凡士林2.5g、液体石蜡8g为油相,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1g、甘油5g、三乙醇胺0.1mL、纯化水55mL为水相,月桂氮芯卓酮作为透皮吸收促进剂制成的葡萄籽霜剂细腻度高、润滑度较好,显微镜检测其粒径分布在1.8μm左右,颗粒形状规则、圆整、排列均匀。结论:最佳处方制成的的葡萄籽霜剂稳定性好,吸收速度快。

OBJECTIVE To optimize formulation for preparing the cream using the extratives of grapestone. METHODS Cream base with different quality was selected, quality of the cream was determined, stability was tested. RESULTS The optimal preparing condition： stearic-glycerol ester 25 g, stearic acid 4 g, white vaseline 25 g,liquid paraffine 8 g as oil phase, sodium dodecyl sulfate 0. 1 g, glycerol 5 g,Triethanolamine 0. 1 mL, distilled water 55 mL as aqueous phase, laurocapram as penetrating agent to prepare grapestone cream, the particle diameter wass around 1.8μm tested by microscope. The particle shape was regular. CONCLUSION The cream has good stability.
