摘要
针对轨道列车铝合金车厢上难附着的特性,通过合成底漆固化剂,解决了一般涂料在铝合金底材上附着力差的难题;通过合成聚酯树脂以及选用脂肪族二聚体和三聚体多异氰酸酯,解决了涂料的层间附着力,涂膜硬度和柔韧性、耐冲击性的矛盾,并使整个涂膜具有高光泽、高耐候性;最终使底、中、面三道涂膜经燃烧后产生的烟气毒性达到安全一级(AQ1)的要求。
A special primer has been prepared to solve the difficulty of adhesion of conventional coatings on A1 alloy used for rail trains. Utilization of a prepared polyester resin and Desmadur N -75 and N -3390 to solve the difficulty of adhesion between coats and compromise the hardness, impact and flexibility of coatings film. The final coatings film shows high gloss and excellent outdoor durability. The smog toxicity after burning conform to grade 1 safety requirement (AQ1).
