摘要
以氟醇(RfCH2CH2OH)和乙烯基硅氧烷(A-151)为原料合成氟硅单体,然后在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)复合乳化剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)引发剂存在下,分别采用间歇乳液聚合法和核壳乳液聚合法将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)进行乳液共聚,制备含氟硅的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。用TEM观察乳胶粒形态,测定了反应的转化率,研究了乳液的稳定性和乳胶膜的耐水性能。结果表明:氟硅单体含量为15%时,核壳法制得乳液的乳胶膜对水的接触角达110°以上。
In this paper, acrylate copolymer latexes containing fluorine and silicon were prepared via batch and core- shell emulsion copolymerization of methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and fluorosilcone monomers. Results showed that finial conversion and polymerization stability decreased with the increase of amount of fluorosilicone monomer, but the emulsion obtained by batch emulsion polymerization are better than the emulsion obtained by core - shell emulsion copolymerization. The morphology of latex particles were studied with TEM. The contact angles of the copolymer films with fluorosilicone were higher than that without fluorosilicone monomer, which will be over 110° when fluorosilicone monomer is 15% (m/m).
