摘要
环氧乳胶涂料是一种环保型涂料,但在施工过程中,反应性能与溶剂型环氧涂料相比存在较大差距。通过对双组分环氧乳胶涂料和溶剂型涂料混合过程中体系黏度、制备漆膜层的硬度和光泽变化进行研究,认为因固化机理不同导致其适用期不同,建议环氧乳胶涂料不采用体系黏度而通过漆膜光泽变化指标来反映适用期。
Environmental friendly coatings are the development trend in coating industry. Epoxy emulsion coatings, as one of environmental friendly coatings are becoming more and more importance and growth quickly. But the performance of epoxy emulsion coatings are still lower than solvent - based products. This paper studies the changes of viscosity, film hardness and gloss during the mixing process of two component epoxy emulsion coatings and solvent coatings. The potlife of these two kinds of coatings are different because of the different curing mechanism. It is suggested that the potlife of epoxy emulsion coatings would be determined by the change of film gloss not by the viscosity.
