三种哺乳动物舌粘膜的扫描电镜观察

AN OBSERVATION OF TONGUE MUCOSA IN THREE MAMMALIUM BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSOCPY

本文对三种哺乳动物猫、大白鼠、小白鼠舌乳头的形态和乳头上皮细胞表面的细微结构进行了比较研究,分别切取舌尖、舌体、舌根用扫描电镜观察。发现不属同一目的动物丝状乳头形态、大小有明显差异,而在属于同一目的动物差异较小。同目或不同目动物丝状乳头近顶部上皮表面微嵴不清楚,只有小凹和沟状结构,乳头基部细胞表面微嵴清楚,而且微嵴图象形式多样。

In this paper, a comparative study is made of the shapes of the tongue papillae and its fine structures of the epithelial cell surfaces in three kinds of mammals: cats, rats and mice. specimens were taken respectively from the tips, bodies and roots of the tongues of these animals and their observations were carried out by means of SEM. It is discovered that there are distinct differences in the shape and size of the filiform papillae between animals of different order and small differences between animals of the same order. No microridges, only pits and forrows are clear in the epithelial cell surfaces near the tops of the filiform papillae of these anlmals. But distinct microridges can be seen in the epithelial cell surfaces near the base and their pictures are varied.
