肉鸡腹水综合症合并组织滴虫感染病理学研究

STUDY ON PATHOLOGY OF ASCITIC SYNDROME COMPLICATED HISTOMONAS INFECTION IN BROILER CHICKENS

通过对艾维茵肉仔鸡群发生腹水综合症合并组织滴虫感染病例进行临床调查与病理学检查，结果表明：病鸡肝、心、肺、肾以及免疫系统等器官均有实质变性、坏死和间质性炎症；肝脏组织内淋巴循环障碍、淋巴运输的代偿功能不全、组织滴虫所致肝脏损伤是腹水形成的病理学基础；支气管、气囊病变对腹水的形成起到了促发作用；腹水为肝淋巴渗出。

Ascitic syndrome complicated histomonas infection was occurred in broiler chickens in a farm and the clinical sings and pathological changes were examined. The results showed that parenchymatous degeneration, necrosis and interstitial inflammation were found in liver, heart, lung, kidney and immune organs. The dilatation and obstruction of lymphatics were observed in liver. The ascitic symdrcme was caused by obstruction of lymph-cycle, insufficency of compensation of lymph-carrying and histological damages in liver, but the major pathogen was histomones. Leisons of brochi and air sac promoted formation of ascites.
