摘要
用系统聚类分析中常用的6种方法对24份双季茭白品种资源材料进行分类,有5种方法分类的结果一致而类平均法的结果最佳。24份材料被分成3类,第1类以苏州地方品种资源材料为代表,第2类以无锡地方品种资源材料为代表,第3类彼此之间的相似程度较低、肉质茎较小、商品性较差。
24 double season water bamboo (Zizania caduciflora Turcz. HandMazz) varieties are numerically classified by 6 methods of hierachical clustering analysis. The average linkage method is the most appropriate. The varieties are classified into three types; The first type is represented by the Suzhou local varieties, the second type is represented by the Wuxi local varieties and the third type has small fleshy stems with poor commercial quality and shares less similarity between each other. The results of hierachial clustering analysis are similar to the those kof the horticulture classification.
