摘要 腐蚀是现代工业和生活中的重要破坏因素,添加缓蚀剂是一种工艺简单、成本低廉、有效的腐蚀控制方法,而研究开发低毒或无毒、易生物降解、高效的环境友好型缓蚀剂正成为防腐蚀技术发展的一个重要方向。二硫代氨基甲酸基团(DTC)与重金属具有很强的配位能力,能以配位键的形式吸附在金属表面;而葡萄糖为天然产物,无毒、易生物降解。以葡萄糖为原料,经胺化、亲核加成等步骤,在葡萄糖上接枝二硫代氨基甲酸基团后,可作为环境友好型缓蚀剂。 Corrosion is an important destructive factor in industries and lives nowadays, and adding the corrosion inhibitor is one of the most simple, cheap and efficient way among methods against corrosion. Moreover, the study of low-toxic or nontoxic, biodegradable, effective, and environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors is a significant direction in the development of anti-corrosion techniques. Dithiocarbamate (DTC) group has strong chelation with heavy metal and may be absorbed on the surface of metal by coordination bond. Glucose, a kind of natural product, is nontoxic and biodegradable. A modified dithiocarbamate glucose, synthesized with glucose as raw material by means of amination and nucleophilic addition, may be used as an environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor.
