摘要
以135 MW循环流化床锅炉的防磨损技术改造为背景,分析了循环流化床锅炉炉内受热面的磨损机理。针对炉膛内固体颗粒高速流动、由于突起而形成涡流等引起磨损的原因,分别提出了喷涂防磨涂层、水冷壁结构优化设计、保证受热面光滑等防磨措施。运行实践证明,采取上述措施,使受热面的磨损情况得到了有效的控制。
Based on the abrasion-resistant retrofit for the 135 MW CFB boiler, the abrasion mechanism of the furnace heat-absorbing surfaces in ClUB boilers is analyzed. To solve the problem that the high-speed particles in the furnace tend to create eddy current when meeting with protuberances and cause abrasion consequently, countermeasures such as spraying abrasion-resistant coating, optimizing water wall structure, ensuring heat-absorbing surfaces smooth are proposed. Practice shows that these measures are effective.
