摘要 近年来生物技术迅速发展,在众多领域均有广泛应用。概述了基因工程、酶工程、微生物等技术在油料育种、油料预处理、油脂加工和油脂工业废弃物处理等方面的应用,回顾了生物技术在油脂工业中取得的成就,以期能给相关学科的科研工作者以启示。 The applications of biotechnology, such as gene engineering, enzyme engineering, and microorganism technology etc,in oilseed breeding, oilseed pretreatment, processing of oils and fats, and the treatment of waste in oil factories, were introduced. The achievements of biotechnology in oils and fats industry were also reviewed.
