摘要
采用超声强化近临界CO2流体萃取技术对葵花籽油进行萃取研究。运用响应面法研究了温度、压力、时间和超声功率对葵花籽油萃取率的影响。结果表明,4个因素对葵花籽油萃取率的影响都有显著性,但是它们之间交互作用不显著。得到了葵花籽油萃取率二次多项式回归方程,模型验证实验证实了方程实验值与预测值的拟合度较好。响应面法优化后的最佳萃取条件为:温度27.6℃、压力26.6 MPa、萃取时间172 min和超声功率100 W。
Sunflower seed oil was extracted with near- critical fluid CO2 assisted by ultrasound. Response surface methodology was used to determine the effects of temperature, pressure, time and ultrasound power on the sunflower seed oil yield. The results showed that all the parameters had significant effects on oil yield, but the interactions between parameters were not significant. The oil yield was represented by a second - degree polynomial equation, and the data of model validation experiments under optimum condition had validated the predicted value. Optimum extraction temperature, pressure, time and ultrasonic power for the maximum extraction was 27.6 ℃ ,26. 6 MPa, 172 min and 100 W, respectively.
