摘要
针对云南某50 t/d的油脂精炼车间进行工艺节能方案设计,设想以厂房斜屋面作为太阳能集热面,对厂房进行太阳能一体化设计,以太阳能热水系统作为油脂工艺用热主热源的预热系统,理论上可使该油脂精炼工艺节能率达到13.5%,年节约标准煤110 t。
The production craft energy conservation design for a 50 t/d oil refining workshop in Yunnan province was conducted. Building integrated solar system was designed by fixing solar collectors on slope roof,and the solar hot water system was used to be the preheating system of the main heat source for production craft. The theoretical calculation showed that the design could make the production craft energy conservation rate achieve 13.5% with 110 t standard coal saving per year.
