水能资源是重要的可再生资源,我国水能资源不但具有与经济发展战略相协调的区位优势,还具有开发水电的丰富经验和科技能力,因此具有巨大的发展潜力。有序开发水能资源,改善能源结构,对于应对气候变化的影响具有重要的现实意义。

Water energy is one of the key renewable resources of China. With great potential for hydropower development, rich experience of hydropower development in the history and strong research and development capacity, China is able to embark new round of hydropower development with rational objectives, so as to satisfy the needs of social and economic development. The rational development of hydropower resources may reduce the use of thermal power and then eliminate the negative impact brought by climate change.
