摘要 阐述微注射成型技术的产生背景、应用领域和发展前景,详细介绍了微注射成型技术的所用原料、设备及工艺特点,概述了微注射成型机理仿真与实验研究的现状,展望微注射成型技术的发展趋势。 Background, application fields and the prospect of micro-injection molding are specified. The compound, the equipments and technological advantage of micro-injection molding are discussed. The research on micro-injection mechanics are classified and illustrated, their development situation and tendency are also pointed out.
