摘要 介绍了一种以ATmega8为核心的电动机智能综合保护器设计方案。实现了对各种电动机故障的智能判断及保护,并针对目前电动机保护器对启动过程保护考虑较少的问题,采用了启动保护与运行保护分离的策略,在启动时段采用限时降压启动,从而实现了电动机的全程保护。该保护器选用CH452L数码管显示驱动和键盘扫描控制芯片,实现了参数设置和实时动态显示。该电动机智能综合保护器经过反复试验已经投入实际应用,取得了预期效果。 A kind of intelligent integrative motor protector based on ATmega8 is presented in this paper. All kinds of motor malfunctions are identified and responded with intelligent methods. To resolve the problem that the startup procedure protect is ignored at present, this paper adopts the way to independent of the startup protect and running protect. That is to say, during the motor startup, the protector can reduce the voltage in the limited time. Advanced CH452L is used to control LED display and keyboard, which can finish real-time display and parameter setting. The intelligent integrative motor protector has been put into practical use and achieved satisfactory effect.
