制霉菌素对仔猪生长性能的影响及其残留量分析 被引量:1

摘要 200头仔猪分成4组,分别饲喂含制霉菌素活性单位为0,0.7×105,1.4×105,2.1×105U/t4种日粮,对仔猪生长性能、饲料中粗蛋白及干物质消化率进行测定,并对饲后动物体内的残留进行分析.结果表明:仔猪日粮中添加制霉菌素有明显的促生长作用(P<0.01);1.4×105U/t剂量添加效果最佳,日增重为545g,比对照组提高12.8%(P<0.01),料重比为2.21∶1,比对照组低12.3%(P<0.01).适量制霉菌素能提高日粮中蛋白质和干物质消化率(P<0.05);并在肝脏、心脏、脾脏、肾脏及肌肉中均不残留. Weanling pigs (initial at 12 kg) were divided into four treatment, and fed with 0, 0 7×10 5, 1 4×10 5 , 2 1×10 5 U/kg nystatin of diet individually. Growth performance, protein and dry matter digestibility were investigated. when the feeding trial were finished, 4 pigs of each treatment were killed in one or seven days to analyze the nystatin residue in liver, kidney, heart, splean and muscule etal, The results were as follows: addition of nystatin in weanling pigs diet could improve their growth performance, 1 4×10 5 U/kg treatment was the best, at which darily gain was 545 g and 12 8% higher than control; feed gain ratio was 2 21∶1 and 12 3% lower than control Nystatin could increase feed protein and dry matter apparent digestibility ( P <0 05); There were no nystatin residue in heart, kidney, spleen and muscule of feeding pigs killed in one day except little residue in liver, and no residue in liver, heart, spleen, kidney and muscule of feeding pigs killed in seven days at all
