La1-xCaxMnO3团簇薄膜的生长机制和应用研究

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备La1-xCaxMnO3薄膜。利用X射线衍射实验以及偏光显微镜对其结构和形貌进行表征。XRD结果表明,薄膜为钙钛矿结构,经不同的温度退火后,结构发生微小偏离。显微图像显示薄膜样品的表面形貌为菊花状团簇,这是因为在热处理过程中,由于溶胶蒸发,在基底表面形成气泡,表面张力和扩散迁移使气泡破裂后的碎片最终形成菊花状团簇。这一发现对纳米薄膜团簇自组装制备具有一定的应用价值。 La1-xCaxMnO3 films were synthesized by sol-gel method. The X-ray diffraction and polarized microscope measurements were used to characterize crystal structure and morphology of films. The results of XRD revealed that the crystal structure of films was perovskite and changed a little after annealed at different temperatures. The polarized microscope images showed that the film morpholog was chrysanthemum- like-clusters in shape. The bubbles were produced on substrate during evaporation process of sol and burst due to surface tension and diffusion transfer, and then the chrysanthemum-like-clusters were formed. The results of this study were valuable for self-assembling preparation of thin films.
