半数致死量LD_(50)的刀切估计及其抽样方差

THE JACKKNIFE ESTIMATE AND SAMPLING VARIANCE OF LD50

本文根据毒性试验中剂量与其死亡率呈Ｓ形的特点，提出用Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ模型参数ａ与ｂ确定ＬＤ５０，其中，Ｋ＝１００（％）。在此基础上，并提出了确定ＬＤ５０的刀切（Ｊａｃｋｋｎｉｆｅ）法及其抽样方差，实例结果说明，刀切法是一种好方法。

おccording to the Sshape of the regression curve of lethal percent on dose in toxicity experiment,the determination of median lethal dose(LD50) by means of the parameters of Logistic model was studied in this paper,where the parameter K was 100%Based on the above statement,the jackknife estimate and sampling variance of LD50 was constructed.Finally,the results from an example showed that the jackknife method described in the paper was a good method.
