摘要
针对我国中、小企业自身规模小、利润低、负担重以及企业管理水平较低等一系列现实问题,同时又面临着新形势下市场竞争的严峻挑战,阐述了中、小企业改制后重塑企业文化的目的、途径和应注意的几个问题。其中,较为详细地阐述了重塑企业文化需要考虑的影响因素、基本原则和根本目的。
Our domestic small and medium - size enterprises have many practical problems, such as their small scal, low profits, heavy burden and poor management etc. Under the current market competition, they also face the severe challenges. After the restructure, small and medium -size enterprises should consider the purpose, approach and other noticing points when resetting their corporate culture. Among them, the influencing factors, the basic principles and the critical purpose are discussed in detail.
