鸡减蛋综合症蜂胶灭活疫苗的研究与应用

用纯化的天然免疫增强剂蜂胶研制成功鸡减蛋综合症蜂胶灭活疫苗。疫苗中蜂胶干物质含量为１０ｍｇ／ｍＬ。用该苗０．５ｍｌ免疫开产或临开产母鸡，接种后７ｄＨＩ抗体价为７～１０（ｌｏｇ２），９０ｄ为９～１２（ｌｏｇ２），１８０ｄ为８．７～９．８（ｌｏｇ２），３００～３６０ｄ为６．５～８．０（ｌｏｇ２）。免疫期为一年。－１５℃保存不冻结，保存期为１８个月，０～８℃为１５个月，１０～１５℃为１２个月，２５～３０℃为３个月，经实验室试验和６００多万羽份的田间区域推广试验结果表明，ＥＤＳ－７６蜂胶苗的免疫效果显著，优于进口和国产ＥＤＳ－７６油苗，完全可以替代进口，具有良好而广阔的推广应用前景。
