摘要
为了降低(Ba,Sr)TiO3的烧结温度,以PbO、BN为矿化剂,采用固相反应法制备了样品。研究了ζ(PbO:BN)在低温烧结状态下对锶系PTC材料性能的影响。结果表明:当ζ(PbO:BN)为4:3时,样品在1182℃能半导化,且获得了特性较好的PTC材料:tC为64.9℃,R25为125Ω,ρmax/ρmin为2.553×105,温度系数α10/25为12.54%℃–1,耐电压Vb为696.7V。
In order to decrease sintering temperature of (Ba,Sr)TiO3, different amounts of PbO and BN (as mineralizing agent) were added into (Ba, Sr)TiO3. The samples were prepared by solid phase reaction method. The effect of ((PbO:BN) on the performance of Sr-system PTC materials was researched. The results indicate the samples have semiconductivity at 1 182 ℃ when ζ(PbO:BN) is 4:3. The materials with better PTC properties of tc = 64.9 ℃, R25 = 125 Ω, ρmax/ρmin = 2.553×10^5,α10/25 = 12.54% ℃^-1 and Vb = 696.7 V are obtained.
