摘要
在年生长期中测定了龙眼叶片光合作用对温度的响应.结果发现,龙眼光合最适温和最适温下的光饱和光合速率都有一定的季节变化,但季节变幅不大.不同季节的光合最适温为22~28℃,光合最适温与植株前5~10d所处的环境平均气温密切相关.春、秋季光合最适温明显高于环境气温;夏季光合最适温明显低于环境气温,光合最适温随光合有效幅射的变化而变化.这些结果显示了龙眼光合作用对环境温度的特殊要求.
Temperature response curves for leaf photosynthesis in longan plants (Democarpus longana Lour.) were investigated using gas exchange techniques during the course of whole growing season. The results showed seasonal variation in both optimum leaf temperature for photosynthesis and light saturated photosynthetic rate at optimum leaf temperature, which ranged from 22 to 28℃ and closely tracked the mean air temperature to which the leaves were exposed in previous 5~10 d. The optimum temperature for photosynthesis were distinctly higher than prevailing growth temperature in spring and autumn, while lower in summer, and rose according to light intensity, thus providing evidence for special requirement of longan photosynthesis to surrounding growth temperature.
