解表利湿法预防大鼠急性肾小球肾炎作用机理的初步探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的:运用解表利湿法,观察麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减方在预防大鼠外感风寒后急性肾小球肾炎发生过程中的作用机理。方法:制作大鼠外感风寒及急性肾小球肾炎动物模型,观察白细胞介素(IL-6I、L-8)、一氧化氮(ON)指标的变化。结果:预防组大鼠血清和肾皮质中IL-6I、L-8及ON指标与模型组比较有所降低。结论:麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减方在预防模型大鼠急性肾小球肾炎过程中对保护肾脏、减少免疫性损伤可能起到积极的作用。
