慢性乙型肝炎中医证型的探讨

On Syndrome Types of Chronic Hepatitis B in Traditional Chinese Medicine

辨证论治是中医学治疗疾病的最重要的环节,也是中医学临床优势的体现。而针对慢性乙型肝炎的"证型"研究问题,近年来众多医家通过临床实践有着各自的观点。这些观点是极不一致,难于统一的。依据慢性乙型肝炎疾病自身的发展规律和临床特点,正式提出了定位、定性、定量的辨证方法。该辨证方法符合中医学理论,运用于临床方便、灵活、易于掌握,且能全面、真实、客观地体现某一慢性乙型肝炎患者在某一病程时段的证型特点,为确立"证型标准"、临床治疗患者和中医药新药开发提供了一定的依据。

Treating according to differentiation is one of the most important steps in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） treatment. However, in individual clinical practice, most TCM doctors have their own perspectives on the differentiation evaluations of Hepatitis B. Based on the self-developing rules and clinical characteristics of Hepatitis B, this paper presents a differentiation method characterized by location, qualitative and quantitative determinations. This method is in accord with the TCM theory. It is also convenient and flexible in clinical applications. Furthermore, it is comprehensive and objective, which embodies the characteristics of the differentiation in diverse period of chronic Hepatitis B disease. Our research is also helpful to the establishment of a compete set of differentiation criteria （Golden Standard）, thus provide reliable evidences to clinical treatments as well as exploitations of new TCM prescriptions.
