换水换气式充氧密封鱼苗运输装置及其应用的研究

摘要 换水换气式充氧密封鱼苗运输装置是直接在塑料袋运输活鱼基础上改装而成,它能在不松开塑料袋的条件下,轻松快速地进行换水换气。通过以鳙鱼苗为试验对象,选用换水量、换气量、换水间隔期和换气间隔期四因素模拟运输进行了该装置的九组正交试验,得出了四因素最经济可行的组合是:换水量为60%,换水间隔期为16小时,换气量为50%,换气间隔期为8小时。正交试验中存活时间最长为55小时(空白试验为26小时),换水量是最主要的影响因素,只换水比只换气更利于延长活鱼运输时间。 Refit but be accomplished on changing water ventilation style charge oxygen sealing off the luck fish device being to transport the live fish basis directly in the plastic bag,it can be on the march in the lower,relaxed condition fleetness field not loosening a plastic bag changing water aeration.By the fact that the fry is to test a marriage partner with the bighead,having selected and used to change the water yield,ventilation amounts ,to chang water gap scheduled time and ventilation gap scheduled time four factors simulations transporting that device having been in progress nine group orthogonal experiments,having reached four the most economical feasible factor combination is:Change a water yield being 60%,change water gap scheduled time for 16 hs, ventilation amounts are 50%,ventilation gap scheduled time is 8 hs.Orthogonal tests that middle survival time is 55 hs grow most (blank space tests that for 26 hs),changing a water yield is the meanest influence factor,only tradesthe hydraulic modulus only to take a breath favor lengthens the livefish transportation time.
