摘要 通过研究热风炉换热面积和废气温度对于传热过程的影响,提出了调整高风温热风炉设计理念的建议,并重点对相关问题进行了讨论。设计理念调整后,可以强化热风炉的换热过程,缩小拱顶温度与送风温度之间的差值,在较低的燃烧温度下获得高风温。这样既缓解了热风炉高温热量供给不足的困难,又避开了燃烧过程大量形成NO_x的温度界限,而且热风炉系统具有较高的热效率,有利于炼铁系统节能减排。 The author proposes to upgrade the design philosophy of hot stove with high air temperature by studying the effect of heat exchanging area of the hot stove and off gas temperature on heat transmission course and also focuses the study on the relevant issues. The upgraded design philosophy helps the strengthening of heat exchanging process and decreasing of differential temperature between the stove dome and blasting air, and making high air temperature under the condition of lower combustion temperature become possible. Such a solution not only relaxes the problem of insufficient high temperature heat supply to the hot stove but also can avoid the temperature limit which will generate large amount of NOx during combustion, furthermore, it also permits higher heat efficiency of the hot stove system, which is beneficial for energy saving and emission reduction of iron - making system.
