对天钢3200m^3高炉出铁场设计特点进行了总结。天钢3200m^3高炉综合了国内外大型高炉的最新先进技术,出铁场平坦化设计及除尘系统设计达到了国内外先进水平。整个出铁场平整、光洁,设备及渣铁沟对称、整齐,为炉前操作的自动化、铁口的操作维护、高炉的高产、稳产、长寿提供了可靠的保证。炉前作业环境大为改善,在场地的实用性及美观性方面也有所进步。认为在今后的工程设计中,应选用结构更为简单的摆动流嘴及除尘罩,渣铁沟布置应考虑足够的生产检修空间,出铁场应进行整体的系统优化,在满足炉前作业空间的前提下尽量减少出铁场面积。

This article introduced the design features of cast house of 3 200 m^3 blast furnace in Tiansteel, which is applied with most advanced technologies used at large sized blast furnace home and aboard. The design of flattened cast house and dust collection system reaches the advanced level worldwide. The flat cast house, orderly and symmetrically arranged equipment, hot metal and slag runners provide reliable foundation for automatic operation of cast house equipment, easy operation and maintenance of taphole, high and stable production and long BF campaign. The operation environment at the cast house also improves. The author also points out that simpler swivel launder and dedusting hood shall be selected in the design, the arrangement of the hot metal runner and slag runner shall permit enough space for production and maintenance and the whole system of the cast house shall be optimized integrally in order to minimize the cast house area under the conditions of sufficient operation space.
