摘要
在三氯氧磷和吡啶的作用下,N-苄氧甲酰氨基酸和酚发生缩合反应生成了一系列Ⅳ.苄氧甲酰氨基酸芳基酯(5和6),产率60.7%-76.9%,其结构经。^HNMR,^13CNMR和IR表征。初步的生物活性结果表明,5和6的杀虫活性较低。
A series of aryl esters of N-benzyloxy-formoyl-amino acids (5 and 6) were synthesized in yields of 60.7% -76.9% by condensation reactions of N-benzyloxy-formoyl-amino acids with substituted phenols in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride and pyridine. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and IR. Biological activity experimental resullts showed that insecticidal activities of 5 and 6 were very low.
