Co(acac)_2-catalyzed Allylic and Benzylic Oxidation by t-Butyl Hydroperoxide

摘要 以烯烃为原料,Co(acac)2为催化剂,过氧叔丁醇(t-BuO2H)为氧化剂,分别进行烯丙位与卞位氧化合成了相应的α,β-不饱和酮,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS表征。较适宜的反应条件为:烯烃5mmol,Co(acac)20.375mmol,t-BuO2H 25mmol,在10mL乙腈中,于60℃反应2h^3h,收率35%~96%。 α ,β-Unsaturated ketones were synthesized from corresponding olefins using Co (acac) 2 and t-butyl hydroperoxide(t-BuO2H) as a catalyst and an oxidant, respectively. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and MS. The appropriate reaction conditions in 60 ℃ for 2 h - 3 h were as follows: olefin was 5 mmol; Co(acac)2 was 0. 375 mmol; t-BuO2H was 25 mmol; acetonitrile was 10 mL. Under the reaction conditions, the yields were 35% - 96%.
