摘要
以辅酶Q0为起始原料,经Diels-Alder加成,缩合和逆Diels-Alder分解反应,合成了辅酶Q10的类似物辅酶Q9,总收率61.9%。中间体和Q9的结构经1H NMR和EI-MS表征。
Coenzyme Q9, the analog of coenzyme Q10, was synthesized from coenzyme Q0 by Diels - Aider cycloaddition, condensation and retro-Diels -Aider decomposition. The overall yield was 61.9%. The structures of intermediate and coenzyme Q9 were confirmed by ^1H NMR and EI-MS.
