CrMn系奥氏体不锈钢Mn合金化的热力学研究

Thermodynamic research on alloying of manganese in CrMn-Austensitic stainless steel refining process

摘要 针对"电弧炉+多功能转炉"二步法CrMn系奥氏体不锈钢冶炼工艺,从冶金热力学的角度对该流程涉及的重要工艺环节的可行性,即转炉后期去碳保锰问题进行了理论分析和计算,为CrMn系奥氏体不锈钢Mn合金化工艺优化提供了理论依据。 The present paper theoretically analyzes and calculate the feasibility of the important steps of the CrMn-austensitic stainless steel refining process as well as the problems of carbon removal and Mn preservation in the later stage of converter refining using the dual-step method of "electrical arc furnace + multi-functions converter" from the viewpoint of metallurgical thermodynamics. As the results a theoretical basis is provided for manganese alloying and process optimization the in the whole austensitic stainless steel refining process.
