摘要
由于卷烟厂大多采用自来水作为循环冷却水源,随着水分的不断蒸发,水中碳酸氢盐浓度的增加,以及自来水中存在较高的氯离子,由此造成腐蚀与结垢现象,对干冰膨胀烟丝生产线设备产生许多不良影响:CO2高/低压压缩机排气压力、温度较高;贮罐压力超出设定值,而向大气中排放;冷凝器管壁大面积生锈,系统管道、换热器内存在黏泥等,从而影响设备的正常运行。为此采用化学水处理法,使用低氯离子的自来水作为冷却水源,在运行初期进行清洗预膜处理,日常投加阻垢缓蚀剂、杀菌灭藻剂,达到阻垢缓蚀的目的。改进后的干冰膨胀烟丝生产线循环冷却水系统运行效果良好,结垢、腐蚀等均控制在正常范围内。在日常运行中,通过动态监控水质,及时调整药剂量,定时清理,保证了循环水系统的正常安全运行。
When tap water was used as the source of circulating cooling water, the increasing bicarbonate concentration resulted from water evaporation, and chlorine ions in tap water led to corrosion and chemical deposit in the dry ice expanded tobacco system and many negative consequences, such as, higher discharge pressure and temperature of CO2 high/low pressure compressors, CO2 exhaust to atmosphere because the pressure in storage tank was higher than the setting value, serious rust on condenser pipeline, sludge resided in system pipeline and heat exchanger, and the normal running of the system was affected accordingly. Therefore, the chemically treated tap water of low chlorine level was used, washing and precoating were carried out at the beginning of running, and anticorrosive, bactericide and algicide were applied regularly. The improved system ran well, deposit and corrosion dynamically water quality monitoring, timely agent dosage were contained within a normal range through adjusting and regular cleaning.
