摘要
长城卷烟机刀头切刀片刀刃形状的设计非常关键,如果与磨刀砂轮吻合不好,就会打刀或产生毛刺,影响烟支切割质量。为此,对刀片刀刃形状的设计方法进行了研究。通过对长城卷烟机切烟、磨刀原理分析,建立了磨削运动的简化物理模型,在简化物理模型的基础上,分析了刀刃形状设计的两种方法。采用第二种刀刃形状求法,列出磨刀砂轮中心点轨迹方程,利用Pro/E三维软件扫描功能,沿轨迹将刀片平面部分切出,切出的轮廓则是刀片在展开面上的刀刃形状,再与刀头圆曲线拟合相加,即可得出实际刀刃形状。通过对刀片形状设计方法的研究,促进了该类机型磨刀部件的国产化工作,降低了部件生产成本。
The design of the outline of cut-off knife blade in Changcheng cigarette maker is very important, if the knife and sharpener wheel are not in a good match, the knife will be broken or burrs be produced, and the cigarette cutting surface is influenced. Therefore, the design of blade outline of cut-off knife was studied. The simplified physical model of grinding movement was established by analyzing the principle of cigarette cutting and knife sharpening; on the basis of that, two design methods were derived. By the second method, the orbital equation of the center of the sharpener wheel was presented, the plane portion of knife was cut out alomg the orbit aided by Pro/E; the cut profile integrated with the round curve of cut-off knife head and the practical blade shape was obtained.
