摘要
研究了ICP-AES法测定氧化铁粉中硅、铝、钙、锰和硫的实验条件。用浓盐酸直接分解氧化铁粉样品,溶解速度快,空白低。以高纯Fe2O3打底作工作曲线,相关系数r达0.9999。硅、铝、钙、锰氧化物的检测限可达0.0004%~0.001%,硫酸根的检测限为0.004%。采用所拟订的方法测定氧化铁粉中痕量硅、铝、钙、锰和硫,具有较高的准确度和精密度。
This paper studies the test conditions of ICP-AES method that is used to determine the content of oxides of silicon, aluminium, calcium, manganese and sulphur in iron oxide powder. When samples were dissolved with concentrated hydrochloric acid, the solution rate was higher and the blank value of test was lower. The calibration graphs were prepared using standard solution containing purity iron oxide, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0. 999 9. The detection limit was in a range of 0. 000 4 % 0. 001% for SiO2,Al2O3,CaO, MnO,and 0. 004 % for SO4^2-. The method has been successfully used to determine the trace content of oxides of silicon, aluminium, calcium, sulphur and manganese in iron oxide powder with high accuracy and precision.
