摘要
对国内脱硫铁水罐防粘渣综合技术进行总结与分析,介绍防粘渣隔离材料与罐沿浇注料综合利用的经验,分析了隔离材料防粘渣原理与罐沿整体浇注工作衬的效能。并从降低材料成本、环境友好与降低粘渣速度的角度,探讨了防粘渣综合技术的发展方向。
This paper analyzes slag anti-adhesion technologies used to hot metal desulphurizing ladle, introduces experiences of using coating materials and eastables to the lale. The theory of slag anti-adhesion and effects of working lining on its damage are also analyzed. In addition, the future trend of slag anti-adhesion technologies is discussed from the points of view of reducing material cost, friendly environment and slag anti-adhesion.
