摘要
试验以电镀污泥、粉煤灰作为主要原料,生活污泥和广西白泥作为添加剂,通过正交试验设计分析的方法,得到了陶粒制备的最佳成分配比和最佳工艺条件:电镀污泥含量25%,粉煤灰含量40%,生活污泥15%,广西白泥20%,预热温度500℃,预热时间15min,焙烧温度1200℃,焙烧时间25min。
The paper analyzes the orthogonal experiment for making ceramisite of electroplating sludge and fly ash with the additives of sewage sludge and white clay. Through the test, the optimal batch and the appropriate process are obtained as follows: 25% eleetroplating sludge, 40% fly ash, 15% sewage sludge, 20% white clay, 500℃ for preheating about 15min, 1200℃ for firing about 25 min.
