提出了真空挤出机螺旋槽中泥料运动状态的基本假设,建立了泥料与绞刀叶片表面之间的切向相对运动的力学模型并推导出其切向相对运动速度的微分方程及其数学表达式。然后详细地探讨了切向相对运动速度的大小对真空挤砖机的产量及产品质量等影响。
The paper puts forward a hypothetic movement state of clay in barrel of extruder; sets up mechanical model of relative tangential movement between clay and auger, and deduces the mathematical expression and differential equation of relative tangential movement speed. Finally details the effect of the relative tangential movement on extruder output and product quality.
