摘要
以某雷达方舱骨架结构为研究对象。在设计阶段,对骨架模型用有限元方法进行了强度分析,根据分析的结果,对骨架的设计进行了改进;最后,骨架用高强度钢焊接而成。为验证计算的准确性,对骨架实物进行了应力测试,通过对计算和测试结果的分析,设计得骨架符合要求,同时为骨架的优化设计提供了有利的数据。
This paper took one cabin framework of radar as research object. At the stage of the structure design of the cabin framework,the FEM software I-Deas was adopted for modeling and intensity analyzing. According to analysis result, it was improve the structure design of the cabin framework. At last, The framework is welded by high strength steel. In order to validate veracity of analysis, the tests about deformation and stress were conducted on the cabin framework sample welded with high strength steel. By comparing analysis and experiments results, it was validated that the design of the cabin framework accord with request. At the same time, it provide valuable data for optimization of framework.
