摘要
机床液压系统一般较难直接判断出产生故障的主要原因。通过对机床液压系统常见故障的分析,从爬行故障、振动和噪声故障、冲击故障、卡紧故障四个方面详细阐述了机床液压系统的故障及排除方法。提出了如何在实际应用中正确分析和准确判断液压系统故障的方法。
For lathe hydraulic system, it is usually hard to judge the reason of trouble directly. By analyzing common troubles of lathe hydraulic system, this paper described troubles＇characters and related cleating method in detail, from the views of creep trouble, noise and vibration trouble, impingement trouble, and jam trouble. According to these analysis, it was presented how to analysis and judge lathe hydraulic system＇s trouble correctly in practice.
